For the fifth year running we had a great time designing Norwich City Council's fun, pocket sized, 48-page, A6 events programme – plus all the related marketing material. We developed fresh visual identities for the individual events that happen throughout the year, using vibrant, lively and fun photos and illustrations.

We love this job and it was year four for us designing Norwich City Council's fun, pocket sized, 48-page, A6 events programme. Fresh visual identities for individual events were developed and carried through into all related marketing material and publicity.

A 12 page brochure to promote a summer of free outdoor theatre. We followed the success of the 2006 programme with a fresh brochure for 2007. We took sections of photos supplied by the theatre companies to create a series of montages reflecting the wealth and diversity of the theatre on offer, and the pleasure of being outdoors.

This amazing festival came to Norwich in 2006 and we were thrilled to design the 44 page brochure. The brief was to produce a fun, lively, informative publication that reflected the huge variety of events on offer – and to show that science can be mind-blowing, exciting and worth getting out of bed for. This was one of the most well-attended Science in the City's ever and our design was carried through into other leaflets, banners and pavement stickers.

This was a great job with a very free brief - to produce an arty, inspiring brochure to promote an arts trail along the River Wensum. Combining images supplied by participating artists with watery photography and madder red (the famous dye used in the Norwich
cloth industry) we produced a 20 page A6 guide which reflected the
aims of the project and encouraged people to explore the installations
along the river.

A 4 page A5 leaflet to promote the Lord Mayor's Celebration -
East Anglia's largest street festival.

A5 leaflets to promote free summer entertainment for children.

Two page A6 flyers to promote Norwich's annual fireworks display. The design continues from that set in the events programme where the brief was to capture the essence of dark autumnal nights, chilly noses, warm bonfires and spectacular fireworks.

Large, colourful roadside banners to advertise the
annual fireworks show.

A 12 page guide to Christmas events in Norwich including Christmas lights switch-on, street fairs and markets, an ice sculpture trail and Christmas services. We were asked to think classy and Christmassy.

Our brief was to reflect the magical, mysterious and fascinating nature of this trail – which featured life sized ice sculptures dotted throughout the city on the Sunday before Christmas. We also produced posters, display boards and plinth banners for this spectacular event.

This fun, pocket sized, 48 page A6 guide to all Norwich City Council events is produced annually and 100,000 copies are distributed throughout greater Norwich. giant gave each section within the programme its own identity and feel – which we carried through into event specific leaflets, posters and other marketing materials.
